Service
set-up
Our aim is to get your
new service set up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
We can normally do
this within
24 hrs of you contacting us. Initial enquiries and sign-ups are followed
up with a phone call to discuss your exact requirements.
It is helpful, however,
to put as much information as possible on the enquiry or order form
so we are "primed" when we call you and and can offer you
the best solution (and price of course!).
Once your web space is
up and running we will e-mail you with instructions on how to access
it, how to use the cgi scripts and how to set up your e-mail. We can
also supply any additional software or advise where to get it from.
If we are setting up your
site for you it should be up and running within a matter of weeks -
depending on its complexity and how much help you can give with your
company information, pictures etc. An e-commerce enabled site may take
a bit longer and will require quite a bit of input from yourselves.
If you are
new to computing, websites, e-commerce etc and are a little baffled
by it all we are happy to visit you at work or home, tell you more about
the ins and outs, find out your requirements and come up with a solution
to suit your exact needs.
